How much does a website cost?
Most of our websites fall between $4,500 and $25,000 depending on the number of pages, features and integrations. After a free discovery call we send a fixed-price proposal, so you know exactly what you’ll pay before any work begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Projects are usually split into three payments — 40% at kickoff, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. Retainers and growth partnerships are billed monthly, with no long-term lock-in.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Hosting, premium plugins, fonts and stock licences are listed line by line in your proposal. If the scope changes, we agree the cost with you in writing before doing the work.
How long does a website project take?
A typical marketing website takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Ecommerce stores and custom platforms usually take 10–16 weeks. You’ll get a week-by-week timeline in your proposal.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your goals, any existing brand assets, access to your current website and analytics, and one decision-maker on your side. We handle the rest — including copywriting support if you need it.
How involved will we be during the project?
As much as you like. Every project has a shared roadmap, a weekly check-in and a review at each milestone, so you always see progress and can give feedback before anything is final.
Will my website be mobile-friendly and fast?
Always. Every site is designed mobile-first, tested on real devices and optimised for Google’s Core Web Vitals, so it loads quickly and ranks well on every screen size.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress with a visual editor, so your team can change text, images and pages without code. Every handover includes a recorded training session and written documentation.
Do you write the website content?
We can. Our copywriters create clear, SEO-friendly content from a short interview with your team — or we can polish copy you’ve already written.
Is SEO included in a web design project?
Technical SEO foundations are included in every build: clean code, fast pages, schema markup, metadata, sitemaps and redirects. Ongoing SEO — content, links and reporting — is available as a monthly retainer.
What happens after my website launches?
You get 30 days of free support for fixes and small tweaks. After that, optional care plans from $149 per month cover updates, backups, security monitoring and uptime checks.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients in 12 countries and run projects remotely with shared tools, video calls and overlapping working hours.
